The school shall strive to achieve the highest of possible development of the total man, by imparting sound education, irrespective of class, caste or creed. So the school shall hold the decree passed in the 2nd Vatican Council as its main guidelines:

In all humility I want to pen down a heartfelt note to exalt GOD on how He has blessed my journey at Alphonsa School. Today when I take a pause and look back, I feel a tremendous sense of joy and satisfaction. It’s marvellous to have witnessed this institute evolve to become one of the best senior secondary schools in the city. The Lord has blessed the labour of my hands in getting the affiliation, extension to Sr Secondary, see the last and final phase of the building with the beautiful auditorium. In spite of all challenges, ups and downs nothing could stop the phenomenal growth of Alphonsa School under the wings of the Almighty.
