RULES REGARDING UNFAIR MEANS

In case a child is caught or involved in adopting unfair means during test/examination the following rules shall be applicable.

• A child shall not be allowed to write further and the paper shall be confiscated. This shall be applicable irrespective of the fact whether the child was caught doing so in the beginning, middle or end of the examination or test.
• Average of the other examination/weekly test be given for the subject in which the child has been caught adopting unfair means.
• If the child is caught for the second time involved in adopting unfair means, the paper shall be confiscated and the child shall not be allowed to write the examination or test. Zero mark shall be allotted for the subject.
• If the child caught for the third time the child shall be expelled from the school.
